How far in advance should I order?
The order form takes requests at least 3 days out, but custom cakes and dessert tables are best booked 1–2 weeks ahead — popular weekends fill up fast. For a this-week request, call instead of emailing.
Do you deliver?
Right now everything is pickup only in the Philadelphia area. The exact pickup address is shared when your order is confirmed.
How do payment and deposits work?
Once we confirm your order details, we'll agree on the price and payment. Larger custom orders may need a deposit to lock in the date.
Can you handle allergies or dietary requests?
Tell us about any allergies in the order form. Note our kitchen regularly works with wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact for severe allergies.
Can you match a theme, character, or color scheme?
That's our specialty! Share the theme, colors, or an inspiration photo and we'll design the cake, cupcakes, cookies — or the whole dessert table — to match.
